Halle Berry's Post Baby Workout Regimen Revealed

New mom and Oscar-winning actress Halle Berry hit the red carpet recently looking as glamourous as ever. The 41-year-old star, who gave birth to her daughter Nahla Ariela Aubry less than two months ago and is already back in silver screen shape.
According to People magazine, Berry works out for 60 minutes, five days a week with trainer Ramona Brazaga. The training sessions include cardio by way of elliptical machine, kickboxing and stairs or hill climb. Berry also does a strength-training routine to work her abs and legs.
But Hollywood-caliber beauty takes more than just working up a sweat: Berry also follows a healthy diet - eating lots of vegetables, lean proteins and complex carbohydrates, as well as drinking lots of water.
Among Berry's current projects is a movie in which the actress plays a woman with multiple personality disorder. The film is titled "Frankie and Alice" and is being exec produced by Berry herself.
