When it comes to international travel - well, travel to the U.K. anyhow - rap superstar Snoop Dogg just can't catch a break. Even after winning two appeals to lift his visa ban in the British Border Agency, some officials are still trying to bar Snoop from entering the UK.

Representatives for the Border Agency confirmed that they have put in a new application to the Court of Appeals to reconsider the case against Snoop Dogg, who’s entourage was involved in a brawl with security guards in London’s Heathrow Airport, according to AllHipHop.

"We maintain that the Immigration Judge in the initial hearing made a material error in law,” a rep said in a statement. “There has been no change in the facts that led to Mr Broadus being denied a visa. We stand by that initial decision. We will continue to oppose the entry to the UK of individuals where we believe there may be a risk to the public."

Last month two senior immigration officials lifted the ban on Snoop Dogg, after viewing video evidence showing that Snoop Dogg was not responsible for any public disorder, and that he cooperative with authorities during the incident.
