Rapper T.I. isn't letting a small thing like house arrest get in the way of his celebrity social life. The Atlanta star, who was is currently serving a year of house arrest on gun charges, was living it up last week hosting a star-studded birthday party for his manager and business partner, Jason Geter. The event was sponsored by King magazine.

"I wouldn't miss this sh-- for the world," T.I. announced to the party-goers, according to MTV.

The Grand Hustle CEO also announced last week that the first single from his upcoming Paper Trail release will drop tomorrow, April 29. The song will be available on the entertainer's website streetcred.com.

Also releasing a single via Web site is Compton MC The Game. The song, which will be available at ThisizGame.com, is a reaction track to the recent acquittal of three New York City detectives on criminal charges related to the shooting death of unarmed groom-to-be Sean Bell.

In 1988 fellow Compton rappers N.W.A. released their classic "F*ck the Police" in reaction to rampant police brutality taking place in the south-central Los Angeles area. Twenty years later, the topic is still painfully relevant.

"I'm outraged and speaking out for my generation that are afraid to speak out against police brutality and murder," The Game told AllHipHop. "I grew up in Compton and had to stay silent because of the fear that was prevalent in my community, but now that I have a voice I'm speaking out."
